Twenty seven years as a Primary Teacher(although six years spent teaching Secondary Maths). Mainly teaching upper KS2(Yr 5 & Yr6). During my time teaching Maths at Secondary school, I was also teaching privately, preparing students for Kent Test Examination.
Taught all through Primary sector and from Yr 7- Yr 10 at Secondary School, teaching Maths at the latter. Have been Head of Boys PE and also Head of Year at a three form entry primary school. More recently PE co-ordinator at a local Primary School.
Passionate about children's learning and will always ensure that they are comfortable and happy. Try to make sure learning is fun. Will work with a student for 50 minutes and then give feedback to patents on what has been covered in the lesson.
